D365F&O Finance Consultant / Business Analyst Location: Australia
Salary: $120,000 - $144,000 per annum + 12.75% Super
We are excited to announce an opening in our client's D365 team for a D365F&O Finance Consultant/Business Analyst.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the operation of D365 Financial Operations, handling user support, issue resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Key Details:
Type: Full-time 18-month Fixed Term - with a possibility to Permanent.
Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) Multiple Brisbane locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across core modules of D365 Finance and Operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
Manage user requests via Service Desk, triaging effectively to ensure maintainability of the system.
Address a range of issues and assist in testing modifications executed by our vendor partner.
Facilitate integration between D365 and third-party applications, particularly in the Accounts Receivable and Procurement areas.
Analyze user requests to assess their impact on D365 and collaborate with vendors for minor enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 releases.
Coordinate changes in the D365 environment, working with developers, testers, business analysts, and end-users.
Contribute to knowledge repositories and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide ongoing production support and operational maintenance, including on-call assistance as needed.
Support development and testing teams to ensure D365 FinOps solutions comply with release management standards.
Note: This position focuses on business-as-usual support across multiple entities rather than project work.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in D365 FinOps solutions and/or various financial systems.
Experience with Procurement (to Pay) solutions.
Strong business analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of product, release, and change management.
Effective support management skills.
