Position: D365 CRM Test Lead/ManagerLocation: SydneyType: ContractOur client, a leading organisation in Sydney, is seeking a D365 CRM Test Lead/Manager to oversee application testing for major programs, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and to high-quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing digital capabilities across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of testers to achieve product goals and quality standards.Act as the liaison between vendors, technical teams, system owners, project teams, and business stakeholders on testing matters.Facilitate and manage prerequisites, resolve blockers, and escalate critical issues when necessary.Develop, review, and gain approval for test strategies, plans, and cases.Maintain test traceability aligned with business requirements.Manage test activities and deliverables, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Chair daily defect triage meetings and oversee efficient defect resolution.Prepare and present detailed test progress and summary reports.Support technical and non-technical teams through all test phases, including UAT and post-production testing.Stay updated on testing technologies, with a focus on test automation.Skills & Experience Required:10+ years of software testing experience, with 5+ years in a Test Lead/Manager role.Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 testing (preferred).Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Hands-on experience in developing test strategies, plans, and cases for large-scale projects.Familiarity with UI testing, API testing, and SDLC processes, including CI/CD.Knowledge of non-functional testing methodologies.Experience with data migration, performance, and accessibility testing (highly regarded).Test automation experience (minimum 2 years, preferred).Why Join?This role offers the chance to lead critical testing efforts in a dynamic and innovative environment, driving the success of large-scale digital transformation programs.Apply now to make your mark as a leader in D365 CRM testing.
