About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions. This position requires a hands-on consultant who can work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into effective D365 CE solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
Design and configure D365 CE solutions that align with business objectives.
Customise D365 CE to meet the specific needs of Our Client, including workflows, entities, and integrations.
Ensure that the solution design is scalable, maintainable, and adheres to industry best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for D365 CE-related matters.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture business requirements and provide expert advice on D365 CE capabilities.
Train and support end-users to ensure they can effectively use the D365 CE solution.
Project Management:
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
Assist in managing change requests and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Technical Expertise:
Lead the technical aspects of D365 CE implementations, including data migration, integration with other systems, and performance optimisation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 CE.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Compliance and Security:
Ensure that all solutions comply with Our Client's security and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a high level of data integrity and security within the D365 CE platform.
Adhere to Our Client's policies and procedures, including those related to security clearance.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Experience:
Proven experience as a D365 CE Functional Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
Extensive experience in customising and configuring D365 CE to meet business requirements.
Strong understanding of the D365 CE platform, including entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
Experience working in a government or highly regulated environment is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are highly desirable.
Security Clearance:
Must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance.
Working Arrangements:
This role is based in Sydney, with a requirement to work in the office 2 days per week. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
