D365 Application Support Engineer (Remote)
Our end user client is actively looking to add to their D365 team during a key stage in their implementation of D365 F&O and CE.
In this role you will provide day-to-day technical support across global applications, ERP, CRM and web facing systems.
Remote: Must be based in Australia
Role type: Fulltime permanent

ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd Level technical support for all ERP and CRM system usersEnsure high customer satisfaction through prompt handling of tickets, communication with customers and adherence to SLAs.Manage security profiles across applications in line with IT security principles.Undertake tuning and scaling of systems for both performance and security.Experience RequiredExperienced within support of D365 F&O with experience of D365 CRM/CE highly desirableIT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledgeAutomated Form ManagementPower Automate knowledgeAPI configuration and managementPlease apply by uploading your current resume in Microsoft Word format only (.doc or .docx).
