You will play a key role in implementing and evaluating an innovative cycling program, working closely with leading experts across universities, allied health, and government sectors. This role offers the chance to make a real difference while driving collaboration and research in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate the CycLink Partnership Project, including staff training, development of study materials, and oversight of ethics, governance and staff training at study sites.Support the collection, integrity, analysis, and interpretation of study data, including follow-up assessments and qualitative interviews.Lead or significantly contribute to research teams, ensuring high-quality presentations and publications in peer-reviewed journals.Provide effective supervision of research and graduate students, as well as research support staff involved in the project.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking a motivated individual who demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and a commitment to collaboration, driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people with disabilities. The successful candidate will need to have strong attention to detail and be able to manage their time with ease.
