In this role you will help implement the ACSC Essential 8 including: patch applications patch operating systems multi-factor authentication restrict administrative privileges application control restrict Microsoft Office macros user application hardening regular backups

Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight (minimum 58.80 hours, by negotiation). Period of appointment 36 months. Desirable Requirements

A tertiary or vocational education qualification in Cyber Security, ICT, Information Management or experience to a similar level. Specialist knowledge and expertise in cyber security frameworks e.g. ACSC's Essential 8 and ISM, ISO 27001, NIST CSF 2, etc. A security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) or the ability to obtain one. Current driver's licence.
