Join our Cybersecurity team as a Cybersecurity Manager on a permanent basis, based in Perth, WA . This role uniquely combines both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, blending solution architecture with technical coordination to ensure seamless security implementation and team collaboration across projects.
The Cybersecurity Manager as a Solutions Architect will lead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring the design, implementation, and management of robust cyber defences.
The Cybersecurity Manager as a Technical Coordinator will have solid experience reviewing technical documents and ensuring changes implementation in compliance with standards ISO 27001, IEC 62443, and NIST CSF.
Key Responsibilities Provide technical expertise and review coordinated design with various external system contractors to define project security goals, timelines, and deliverables. Review all major technical specifications related to cybersecurity. Liaise, negotiate, and obtain agreement from Project, Program, and Customer about the set of security measures to be implemented. Main point of contact for coordination with customer to explain the cybersecurity technical solution (prepare presentations/discussions), conduct design reviews, and resolve technical issues. Develop and maintain risk management strategies to mitigate cyber risks, including performing risk assessments and vulnerability analysis to identify areas of potential exposure and implement effective countermeasures. Lead incident response planning and execution for any cybersecurity-related incidents within project environments. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: The successful candidate must possess strong technical knowledge, a deep understanding of network architecture, and extensive experience in cybersecurity frameworks and best practices. Strong technical background in OT network architecture AND Cyber Security. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, IEC 62443, NIST CSF) and best practices. Demonstrated experience defining and implementing global cybersecurity solutions at architecture level, including technical choices and functionality. Solid hands-on experience managing vulnerabilities, cybersecurity issues, and action plans. In-depth comprehension of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring minimal disruption in the event of a cyber incident.
