Cybersecurity Analyst - Macquarie Park, NSWIn this role, you will be supporting with the identification of threats and vulnerabilities across Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety businesses (Blackwoods, Bullivants, Cm3, Coregas & Workwear Group), while implementing technical solutions for cyber-defence.
Additionally, you will also be responsible for responding to and managing security threats through the SOC.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite in Macquarie Park.Some of the tasks of the role:Support with vulnerability management across Wesfarmers Industrial & Safety (WIS)Be responsible for the identification of undetected threats enterprise wideCollaborate with relevant stakeholders to manage security operations centre and improve threat detectionAct as the SME for mail securityLead investigations of security incidents adhering to process and recommend corrective actionsAct with a continuous improvement mindset to enhance response capabilitiesSome of the skills required:3+ years' experience in an incident response/cybersecurity roleKnowledge of information security frameworksUnderstanding of technology infrastructures (e.g., Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS etc.
