About the role Help our Account Managers to be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to their customers. You will be supporting their work with actioning inbound enquiries, support sales transactions with the full cycle of the deal.
Day-to-day you will: Efficiently and effectively process inquiries and orders. Keep the sales database up to date with relevant information and interactions. Provide support to internal stakeholders with sales transactions, including quote preparation, ordering, fulfilling and invoicing orders. Address customer issues promptly and accurately. Drive new and renewal business by proactively preparing relevant information regarding opportunities. Use negotiation techniques to get the best outcomes to our customers. Help the Customer Operations Team to implement changes and continually improve our processes. Support cross-functional communication to deliver exceptional customer experience. Provide administrative support to produce tenders, bids and other sales related documentation. About You You are customer-obsessed and a self-starter, you go above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers.
Diploma level / Cert IV in business, operations, project management or related field. Minimum of 1-2 years' experience gained from working in the cyber security, technology or professional services industry. Able to process and manage new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations to high standards of customer service. Experience providing administrative support to produce tenders, bids, and other sales related documents. Emotionally intelligent, you demonstrate empathy, connection, and assertiveness.
