Cyber Technical Analyst X 2

12 Month Contract + 2 X 12 Month Extension NV1 Clearance Required Canberra City office address Our Client, a large Federal Government Department's Cyber Engagement Section of work is increasing and they are seeking to engage two Cyber Technical Analysts to join their high-performing and fast paced ICT cyber security team.
Applications must have knowledge and experience in: Writing and presenting security documentation to both technical and non-technical staff; Providing technical and non-technical advice to departmental programs in relation to security architecture best practices; Experience in reviewing and providing cyber guidance on application, infrastructure and system integration designs relating to PSPF, ISM and Essential Eight; Raising awareness of security issues with technical and non-technical departmental staff; Implementing Essential Eight in other Government agencies which includes technical uplift and guidance to a variety of stakeholders; Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services; 5 years cyber technical advisory roles within government.
Skills Required: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; Sound judgement and the ability to work under pressure with limited supervision to produce high quality outcomes; Awareness of and ability to anticipate and communicate the impacts of security risks; Ability to develop strong productive relationship, communication skills and issue resolution; Ability to articulate and document technical security artifacts.
