About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Technical Writer to join a high-performing team. In this role, you will research, develop, review, and publish actionable cyber security guidance and technical advice. You will contribute to key deliverables that support high-level strategic initiatives, working autonomously or as part of a team. Expertise in cyber security, particularly in areas such as Machine Learning, Network Security, Cloud, or Operational Technology, will be essential to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities: Research and develop technical cyber security guidance and reports tailored for a variety of audiences.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through all phases of content development, including research, scoping, technical consultation, review, and publishing.Create actionable cyber security strategies based on research into emerging technologies, vulnerabilities, and threats.Provide expert advice on contemporary cyber security issues and best practices.Support enterprise tasks, including document governance, briefings, and reporting requirements.Essential Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Cyber Security, Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or Computer Science.A minimum of 5 years' experience in cyber security.Strong research, technical writing, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage workloads, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.In-depth knowledge of Information Security frameworks, maturity models, and standards related to cyber threat mitigation.Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and leadership roles within technical environments.Desirable Skills: Experience managing projects and working collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams.Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance management practices.
