State/Province Australian Capital Territory Country Australia Job Description Initial Contract for 12 Months with furtherperiod for 12 Months Location: ACT Security: Must have Baseline About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking Cyber Security SME forICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.
Requirements: The core functions to be performed by theCyber Security SME include, but are not limited, to the following: Working with a diverse array ofstakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusionin approaches to market. Developing documentation on both currentstate and future state requirements and other relevant documentation asrequired. Supporting the Cyber Security Bundle Lead,Sourcing Lead, Program Manager and Program Office in their deliverables. Demonstration of comprehensive knowledge ofICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices by having 3+ years'experience in similar role within a medium/large size organisation. Certification and/or membership to relevantprofessional organisations including certification in any of the following:CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC and SANs Demonstrated experience in implementingGovernment ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirementsdevelopment, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and serviceimplementation. Demonstrated experience in implementingCyber Security services across large scale ICT delivery environment, includingwithin Government. Strong stakeholder engagement and changemanagement skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption. Strong verbal and written communication anddocumentation skills. The ability to clearly articulate requirements,expectations and outcomes is essential. The ability to present information andcommunicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads. Ability to work under pressure with closeattention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and trackthe progress of various activities within agreed timelines. Demonstrated experience designing andimplementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICTdelivery environments including within Government. Demonstrated experience in implementinglarge scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience inrequirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and serviceimplementation. Strong verbal and written communication anddocumentation skills. Relevant Tertiary qualifications orequivalent assessed comparable overseas qualifications in Computer Science,Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or Cyber Security.
