Tasks & responsibilities This fast-paced role will have you responding to and follow up on support tickets submitted via phone and email. Investigate and implement solutions for our partner network where you will assist them with resolutions and identify recurring technical issues. As well as liaise with our sales team to ensure the sales and order processes are managed with a customer focus in mind.
