You will be providing complex cyber security advice, awareness, resilience, and/or training around Cyber Security to improve Integral Diagnostics' environment.While you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic cyber security initiatives from concept to execution, the role will also require you to be hands-on when required.ABOUT THE ROLEBe involved in advising and enhancing IDX's Cyber strategy.Drive the delivery of cyber security strategy, from concept to execution and instigate programs to continuously improve IDX's security posture.Establish and manage the cyber security capabilities required to ensure information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes are adequately protected.Lead NIST and Essential 8 initiatives.Ensure best of breed products are evaluated and make recommendations to the CIO.Provide regular reporting on the status of information and cyber security programs, and present key findings and recommendations to key stakeholders at the executive and board levels (as required).Lead the information security function (including external vendors) across IDX to ensure consistent and high-quality cyber security practices and information security management in support of the business goals.Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues and the cyber security team.Deliver committed SLAs on security services, platforms, and technologies.Ensure Cyber Incident Response Plans and Run Books are evaluated and improved, and participate in security audits and tabletop exercises.Lead the Cyber Grad program and mentor new graduates.ABOUT YOUIdeally 5 years+ proven experience within Cyber Security in a similar role.Broad knowledge and understanding of the major trends, strategic directions, and governance frameworks, such as NIST CSF and Essential 8.Extensive experience in cybersecurity technologies including Zero Trust, SASE, and DLP.Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CEH (at least two).Product certifications such as FCP, CCNP Security or similar.Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions and accurately articulate incidents and business impacts.Experience in leadership and supervision of a small team, with the ability to coach and develop others.Ability to work outside business hours, when needed.FOR YOULeadership development opportunity - career advancement.Benefits scheme includes salary packing options, discounted health insurance, fitness passport, generous discounts on medical imaging, banking & travel benefits, employee assistance program, and more.Be part of an innovative and expanding company.Health and well-being programs.Great work-life balance with flexibility available.Recognition programs to recognize, celebrate, and reward our employees.Please submit your resume by selecting "Apply".
