We are on the verge of exciting opportunities, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Lead who is capable of steering a small team towards defined objectives for substantial growth. Key responsibilities include. ·       Managing UGL's Cybersecurity Engineering and Assurance Frameworks. ·       The Cybersecurity Lead/Manager is responsible for the cyber security workforce within the Rail & Technology Division, including plans to attract, train and retain cyber security personnel. ·       The Cybersecurity Lead/Manager should also delegate relevant tasks to cyber security engineers and other personnel as required and provide them with adequate authority and resources to perform their duties. ·       Support engineering activities to ensure project compliance with obligations and requirements. ·       Overseeing the framework for defining the boundary and interface control both from a technical and assurance perspective. ·       Working with the Engineering teams in the development and maintenance of requirements from Business level to Asset level, to Product level. ·       Lead as engineering escalation for project and service deliverables, priorities, timeframes and resource requests.   Requirements to be successful. ·       Degree in Engineering or equivalent and eligible to be a Member of the Institute of Engineers Australia. ·       Proven experience in a leadership role within Cyber Security ·       Systems Engineering certified would be an advantage, however not essential. ·       Experience in large scale multi-disciplined engineering project.
