Lendlease is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Manager to join the team in Sydney. This position reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and collaborates with key stakeholders across Digital and the Business to enhance Lendlease's cybersecurity resilience. Your responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate with key Digital and Group Risk stakeholders to own, refine, and improve cyber incident response processes, ensuring they are simple, well-communicated, and operationally integrated with Crisis Processes and Business-specific incident processes. Oversee the end-to-end execution and closure of cyber incidents, tracking and reporting status to relevant internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency and efficiency. Provide regular, comprehensive reporting on Lendlease's overall incident landscape including business impacts. Together with the SecOps Manager, serve as primary liaison for the MSSP to align threat detection and response efforts with Lendlease's main threats and risks. Review, update, and maintain detailed incident response playbooks. Plan and conduct tabletop exercises involving key stakeholders to test incident readiness and refine processes. Incorporate threat intelligence to strengthen detection and response capabilities, providing strategic updates to the CISO. Stay current with the latest security technologies, trends, and threat intelligence to adapt strategies and tools. About you: The Cyber Security Incident Manager plays a pivotal role in protecting Lendlease assets and reputation by leading incident management and continuous improvement initiatives. We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of experience in cyber security, with at least 3 years in incident response. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender and SIEM systems. Experience conducting tabletop exercises and cyber crisis management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Please note this role requires baseline security clearance, which requires you to be an Australian Citizen.
