Are you ready to shape the future of cyber security for critical national systems? As a Cyber Security Engineer, you'll work on enhancing the architecture and monitoring tools that safeguard Australia's electoral systems. Take a lead role in building resilient security frameworks and respond to cyber threats effectively.
Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must have a current NV1 clearance. Essential Tasks: Maintain and enhance cyber security monitoring and analysis tools.Develop and secure cyber security architecture in collaboration with ICT teams.Implement security measures including endpoint protection, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.Provide expert support for Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud environments.Key Criteria: Proficiency in Sentinel or similar SIEM solutions.Strong knowledge of the Australian Government Information Security Manual.Experience with security technologies and cloud services (Azure or AWS).Extensive background in system administration across diverse platforms.How to Apply: Does this role sound perfect for you?
