State/Province Australian Capital Territory Country Australia Job Description Initial Contract for 12 Moths with furtherperiod of 12 months Location: ACT Security: Must have Negative Vetting Level1 About the Role: SoftLabs is seeking Cyber Security BundleLead for ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in Canberra.
Requirements: The core functions to be performed by theCyber Security Bundle Lead include, but are not limited, to the following: Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and theProgram Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assignedoutcomes. Work closely with the EL2 Director inensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existingCyber Security service teams. Works with the Cyber and ProtectiveSecurity Branch to identify and document ICT and cyber security futuredirection including policy, process, operational and delivery arrangements andservices; Work with all relevant stakeholders todevelop any approach to market documentation for Cyber Security services. Undertake, as necessary, research and investigationinto modern ICT Cyber Security practices and delivery models. Provides assurance that the resultingtechnical services and capabilities from any sourcing activity meet theDepartments ICT and cyber security requirements, principally by participatingas required in the evaluation of responses and through the planning oftransition and transformation to new arrangements; and Support the Sourcing Lead to ensure thatthe ICT Sourcing Plan aligns with the approved and emerging ICT and cybersecurity strategies and policies. Demonstrated experience designing andimplementing Cyber Security solutions and services across large scale ICTdelivery environments including within Government Demonstrated experience in implementinglarge scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience inrequirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and serviceimplementation. Strong verbal and written communication anddocumentation skills. Relevant Tertiary qualifications orequivalent assessed comparable overseas qualifications in Computer Science,Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or Cyber Security.
