Role HighlightsFull time positionWork across key ITIL functionsCollaborative team environmentRole DetailsThe Cyber, Problem & Change Administration Officer is responsible for the coordination, administration, and management of key ITIL activities and processes including Release, Change, Incident, and Problem Management, thereby contributing to the provision of professional, timely, and effective operational ICT services to DPC.
They are also available to provide operational assistance to the various activities required by DPC ICT Information Security Management System (ISMS).
