The Cyber Business Analyst (CBA) for SOC clients is a critical link between Sales and Operations, ensuring precise service delivery for Triskele Labs' SOC clients. This role is focused on developing Service Delivery Schedules that translate proposals into actionable documents, defining all services, KPIs, and deliverables specific to SOC engagements. The CBA will also create "as built" documentation, providing SOC clients with a clear summary of delivered services. Working within the Technical Customer Success team and reporting to the Senior Technical Customer Success Manager, this role demands both a business-oriented approach and a technical understanding of SOC operations.Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with Sales and Operations to craft Service Delivery Schedules for SOC clients, converting proposals into structured documents that clarify scope, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables. Produce "as built" documentation to capture completed services for SOC clients, ensuring clarity in what has been delivered and fulfilling reporting requirements. Assess SOC proposals for feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities, ensuring a seamless handover from Sales to Operations. Serve as the business-focused advisor within the Technical Customer Success team, providing insights specific to SOC client requirements and ensuring documentation accuracy. Support SOC client onboarding by clearly outlining expected service outcomes and deliverables, promoting client confidence and satisfaction. Technical Skills Solid understanding of SOC environments and cybersecurity principles to assess, document, and communicate SOC-specific services. Experience in creating structured documentation, particularly around service agreements and SOC-specific delivery requirements. Familiarity with SOC performance metrics and KPIs, as well as reporting standards. Business Skills Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate SOC client needs and sales objectives into detailed, actionable deliverables. Proven ability to act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the Customer Success teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring SOC service schedules and "as built" documents are precise and comprehensive. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear, client-facing SOC documentation. Analytical and problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges in SOC service delivery. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, aligning multiple perspectives to ensure SOC service excellence.
