As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate CX Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role: As a CX Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer experience by coordinating and supporting customer experience initiatives across the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvements in customer journey mapping, service delivery, and feedback management, ensuring we provide seamless and top-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customer experience (CX) initiatives and programs across various touchpoints to ensure consistency and quality.Support the development and execution of customer journey mapping to identify areas for improvement.Gather, analyse, and report on customer feedback to drive actionable insights for the business.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the customer experience.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to continually improve CX efforts.Assist in the coordination of training and workshops for staff on CX initiatives.Monitor and ensure adherence to service standards, addressing any issues that may impact the customer experience.Support customer communication efforts, including responding to inquiries and resolving service-related issues.Providing administrative support to the team and advocate for CX across the business.What We're Looking For: Experience in a customer service or CX-related role, preferably in a B2B environment.Strong organisation and project coordination skills.Willingness to learn about the latest developments in CX.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with CRM systems and customer feedback tools is advantageous.A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuous improvement.What's in it for You: Join a leading company with a commitment to growth and innovation.Work in a supportive team environment with opportunities for professional development.Competitive salary package with benefits.Be a part of a company that values its employees and customers alike.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're passionate about customer experience and want to be a part of a company that's driving change in the power solutions industry, we want to hear from you!
