Delivering a diverse range of mental health, allied health, addiction support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, NDIS services as well as support services for Young People within our headspace centres. About the role: This diverse role works across two programs Country Wellness Connections and NDIS Support Coordination predominantly delivering psychosocial support to clients with episodic mental illness and connecting services to clients in meeting their individual goals. The role will provide a collaborative approach in assisting clients to build independence and coping skills to enhance their lives.
