If you have expertise in live traffic management and road upgrades, we want to hear from you!Location:Mulgoa Rd, PenrithKey Benefits:Daily Allowance: $43.73Meal Allowance: $16.70 (Payable after 1.5 Hours of ordinary hours)Shift Allowances: 15% for Afternoon/NightshiftRoster: 10 nights per month on a cycleWeek one: 3 night shifts, 2 paid stand downs at day rate for 8 hours, working 3 night shifts.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of operators on the Mulgoa Rd upgrade project.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.Manage live traffic conditions effectively during operations.Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.Provide training and mentorship to team members.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in road construction or upgrade projects.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work night shifts as required.Experience with live traffic management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
