Responsibilities: Responsible for end-to-end procurement, including tendering, sourcing, and supplier/contract management. Identify and implement measures by analyzing the necessary risks and opportunities for reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Analyze supplier and subcontractor offers and interpret the most appropriate purchasing goals. Carry out negotiations with suppliers, coordinate local contracts with the Project Manager, and obtain approval for contracts from the Main Office Contracts and Procurement Departments. Create new material alternatives and check the usability of these materials in the project with the Technical Office Department. Deliver on time the orders of materials needed by the construction site, ensuring that the materials are quality approved. Coordinate and execute logistics and imports process with Head Office Procurement Department. Continually track the supply market, keeping abreast of developments, trends, risks, and opportunities, leading the continual engagement with existing and potential suppliers and external market factors. Check warehouse activities (consumables, goods receipt, transfer). Prepare related procurement reports/presentations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Procurement Experience in Mechanical & Electrical Contracting Projects. Minimum 5 years of experience. Preferably with knowledge of the UK Market. ERP software experience - preferably SAP. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
