We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionWorking as part of a large transition program to onboard major superannuation fundsWorking with key stakeholders across all value streams to plan for the cutover event as well as the client and alliance partnersFacilitate solutioning workshops for cutover-specific challengesExecute the cutover approach: plan and coordinate the dress rehearsal, obtain and adopt lessons learned from previous events, and manage readiness for go-liveDevelop the cutover master runsheet (including the lead-in period, cutover, and post cutover tasks)Oversee the cutover period by facilitating multi-daily status updates, issue management, and status reportsPlan and handover to 'Hypercare' and work with the client and multiple alliance partners to support this periodQualifications3+ years experience in similar project management roles within the Superannuation industry (preferred) or within the broader financial services industryExperience managing cutover activities within the Superannuation industry (preferred) or within the broader financial services industryStrong governance skills and exemplary client-facing/stakeholder management skillsProficiency with adopting relevant project management/implementation management software and related tools including the Atlassian suiteExperience with complex multi-vendor programs or projectsAdditional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROWBirthday - Take an extra day off per year on your birthday!Weekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDay!Hybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangement!Exciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronics!Looking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
