We are looking to welcome an Executive Assistant to our team. You will work directly with our dynamic and innovative Managing Partner in this fast-paced role, providing hands-on support for a variety of business projects as well as ensuring effective management of emails and diary for daily strategic priorities. Your experience in managing an executive who always has competing demands, and your ability to develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders will be key to your success.

The Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner role will see you:
Provide high-level administrative support, managing the Managing Partner's schedule and communications. Support business projects including planning and execution, adherence to budget, and tracking progress. Manage internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships that support the Managing Partner's initiatives. Identify and analyze problems, provide recommendations, develop solutions, and implement changes. Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies. Ensure compliance with any company policies and regulations as appropriate. Always maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. You will need:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in a similar role. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of project management principles and practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in the Financial Services sector is highly regarded. We are ready to welcome you to our team now and we'd love to hear from you!
