Job description:Role Description:The Customer Training Specialist position is a creative, educational and solutions-focused opportunity within our Customer Team based at our Perth CBD offices.The purpose of this role is to positively improve business performance by addressing skill and knowledge gaps via holistic and sustainable learning solutions. You will analyse learning needs, design, develop and deliver engaging training materials that align with the organisation's objectives.We're excited to offer a 12-month max-term opportunity within a thriving team of learning and development professionals.Job responsibilities:Design, develop, deliver and evaluate learning solutions that will positively impact business performance.Leverage business performance data to develop measures of success for learning solutions, such as Voice of the Customer (Customer survey) and call quality assurance results.Facilitate post go-live reviews of learning solutions, update materials as required and report findings to stakeholders.Work closely with stakeholders to identify the scope of learning projects, understand insights and opportunities to strengthen learning needs analysis and training plans.Conduct training needs analysis for projects assigned to you, to support the development of meaningful learning solutions.What you will bring:TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment or 10893NAT Cert IV in Learning Design and Facilitation or experience in senior learning and development roles.Well-rounded experience with analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs.Proficient in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline.Be customer service oriented, with the ability to build relationships quickly and manage stakeholders.Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels, with the ability to champion and lead change.We offer:Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:Flexible work arrangementsProfessional Development OpportunitiesPurchased Annual LeaveBest practice parental leaveEvery Voice MattersOur employees have a choice to work for Synergy and it's a choice we respect and value.
