About the role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Team Leader to oversee our eCommerce call center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of eCommerce operations. You will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in processes. Need to have's: Experience in the 12v DC industry 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, with at least 2 years in a team lead role Team rostering/scheduling experienceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesEmpathetic and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and complaintsDetail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Nice to have's: A passion or strong interest in outdoor adventure activitiesExperience with an eCommerce businessExperience with ShopifyExperience with GorgiasExperience with AircallExperience with Return Logic The Perks: So much opportunity for growth in the businessStaff discount off our KickAss productsOnsite parkingWe're not your typical corporate company, every day is interesting and unique when you work at KickAss Products!
