Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Lendlease Group. This is a part-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to management when necessary- Provide product information and guidance to customers- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers- Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field- Driven and resourceful personality traits- Strong people management and analysis skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
