The main focus of the role is to provide customer service to clients (law firms) who require support with their use of an online technology platform used for conducting legal searches.  You will be responsible for chasing up documents and information from regulatory authorities on their behalf, escalating requests as required and assisting with specialised search projects as required.

As you will work extensively via phone and email, confident and friendly communications skills are required (excellent written and verbal English is essential) and you will be someone who thrives in a support role focused on providing exceptional customer service.  There is plenty of administration and research work associated with the role so strong organisation skills and top attention to detail are also required skills.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year experience in the legal (or legal searching) sector however legal graduates who are open to a career in Legal Technology as opposed to practice will also be considered.

This is a permanent full time role based in Brisbane CBD which offers 2 days WFH.  Hours are Mondays to Fridays 10.30am - 7.00pm. The salary guide $67,000 + Super.
