This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join the team.
Your new role will be working within the Product team and is fundamental in providing excellent customer outcomes while effectively and efficiently managing and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:    Customer Service – product support across the smart IoT ranges, assisting in diagnosing and resolving install and technical issues  Service Co-ordination – schedule and coordinate service calls, resolving all customer and client issues  Warranty Management – responding to all claims, ensuring all are handled efficiently  Customer Management – building and maintaining strong relationships with all business clients  Product Training – deliver training sessions to business clients on products, including installation, usage and maintenance    You will have the opportunity to grow this role, your dedication and contribution will be valued to the overall success of the business.

You are an experienced Customer Service professional, enjoy learning new products, have an aptitude for understanding new technologies, looking for a role where you can take ownership, problem solve and bring ideas to the team.
To be successful you are driven, positive with well developed time management and problem-solving skills.
You will use your strong communication skill in liaising with clients and customers and confident in delivering training and support to clients, showcasing the values and benefits of energy efficient products.
