The Role
 
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping our client's live up to their promise to deliver the industry's best service and support. In short, you will be speaking with professionals in the Dentistry industry and helping them find solutions.
 
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Answer telephones promptly to answer customer queries and take
product ordersUndertake accurate entry of customer order data to SAPProvide accurate product information to customersRespond efficiently and effectively to customer queries and complaintsCreate and check customer invoices for submission to accounts
departmentProcess returned stock to facilitate customer creditsMaintain customer information in the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure its accuracy and relevance prior
to distribution.Maintain a working knowledge of sales promotions and proactively
work with customers on taking up available offers.Work in a flexible and collaborative manner within a small team, sharing joint responsibilities to ensure that all daily tasks are completed.Provide support to sales representatives via 'buddy' systemProvide direct support backup to Product Specialists.Receive and enter customer orders via telephone and electronically.Receive consignment orders and enter to SAPManage customer consignment stock through efficient monitoring, provision of stock data to Sales Specialists and resolution of stock discrepancies.Manage Faulty Product Claims through liaison with Sales Specialists,
customers and Head Office, administration of relevant paperwork, monitoring of data and maintenance of records. 
Qualifications and Requirments

Tertiary qualifiedProficient computer skills including PC/Mac, (Microsoft Office) including Word,Excel, and PowerPointAt least 1 - 3 years of experience providing customer services/sales or support.Enthusiastic about providing excellent support and service.Organized with ability to prioritize and multi-task.High ability to drive results.Excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsMust display excellent judgement.Motivational, personable, and influential.Strong time management skills.Must be able to handle a high volume of call, chat, and email traffic both inbound and outbound.Must be able to adapt to changes with short noticeThis position offers a great work life balance within a warm and welcoming environment.
