Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Unmatched Service : Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person, ensuring each interaction leaves them feeling valued and supported. Proactive Problem Solving : Address and resolve issues swiftly, with a focus on creating positive outcomes. Escalate complex cases as necessary to guarantee complete resolution. Inspire with Product Knowledge : Offer clear, accurate, and engaging information about VERVE's products and services, empowering customers to make the most of their fitness journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with other departments to streamline customer solutions and deliver seamless service experiences. Champion Customer Feedback : Identify patterns in customer feedback and collaborate with management to drive improvements that enhance our product and service offerings. Raise the Bar : Set high standards in customer satisfaction and productivity, striving to exceed expectations in every interaction. Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge : Experience in the fitness industry is a must. Customer-Centric Experience : Background in customer service, ideally in a high-contact environment such as a call centre or service desk. Communication & Empathy : Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport and understand customer needs. Agility Under Pressure : Skilled in multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced setting. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
