This Opportunity As a Customer Support Specialist at TasWater you will be responsible for identifying and providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of customers. You will be the subject matter expert on our Customer Support Program and be an advocate for any financially vulnerable customers. 
Key Accountabilities Action referrals relating to customers requiring the assistance of the Customer Support Program  Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely and professional manner  Use the appropriate resources and data to analyse the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes, specifically to identify opportunities for improvement through customer journey mapping  Manage varying priorities while maintaining service standards and customer response times while meeting individual and team KPIs  For a copy of the full position description please click here . 
The Details This is a permanent full-time position that can be based in either Launceston or Devonport, offering hybridworking arrangements and flexibility in working hours so you can do the things that matter to you.
