Coca-Cola European Partners is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canberra. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, processing orders, and answering questions about products and services.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot customer problems effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records of inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.

3. **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Coca-Cola product range, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Actively promote new products and services to enhance customer engagement.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments, including sales and logistics, to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss customer feedback, areas for improvement, and innovative ideas for enhancing service.

5. **Feedback Management:**
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to appropriate teams for continuous improvement of products and services.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to the development of best practices within the customer support team.

6. **Technology Utilization:**
- Use customer support software and tools to streamline processes and enhance customer interactions.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies that can help improve efficiency and innovation in customer support practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, communications, or related field is a plus.

- **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any exposure to customer service in retail, hospitality, or similar industries is advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative when needed.
- Passionate: A genuine enthusiasm for customer service and helping others.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Emotional Intelligence: Strong ability to empathize with customers and address their concerns with sensitivity.
- Teamwork: Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
