**Job Overview:**
As a Customer Support Specialist at International Paper, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers in the Canberra region. In this part-time position, you will leverage your extensive experience and excellent communication skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with our customers. You will be a key representative of our brand, upholding our values of ethical conduct and integrity.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, providing outstanding assistance and support to meet their needs.
- **Issue Resolution:** Analyze customer concerns and complaints, leveraging problem-solving skills to determine root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Data Analysis:** Track, monitor, and report customer interactions and satisfaction levels, using data to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes and policies.
- **Decision-Making:** Empowered to make informed decisions that enhance customer experience while aligning with company policies, ensuring that solutions are both effective and compliant.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of International Paper products and services to provide accurate information and effectively address customer questions.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to facilitate seamless communication and improve customer service workflows.
- **Feedback Loop:** Collect, document, and analyze customer feedback to share insights with management, supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training to enhance expertise in product offerings and customer support strategies, contributing to personal and team growth.
- **Maintain Ethical Standards:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions and related activities.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years in a customer support or related field, preferably within a large organization.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data analysis tools.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Motivated:** Self-starter with a proactive approach to customer needs and challenges.
- **Confident:** Comfortable engaging with customers and making decisions that impact their experience positively.
