Lockheed Martin Australia is looking forward to being a key contributor to the Australian UH-60M Black Hawk program and encourages you to come join us in delivering a sovereign sustainment capability.We are pleased to invite applications for the position of UH-60M Customer Support Specialist to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Enoggera, QLD.About you:To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following: Substantial customer relations skills and ability to build and maintain relationships and manage customer expectations.
Tertiary Qualifications from an accredited tertiary institution in a related Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, including professional experience.
Strong Communication skills with the ability to develop and articulate a detailed understanding of products and services in a technical environment.
Substantial experience working within an engineering or technical project environment (preferably within the defence industry).
Substantial experience dealing effectively with individuals from various backgrounds and positions to achieve desired results and to maintain a high level of customer confidence.

Employment may be contingent on the satisfactory result of criminal and/or other background screens, which require the collection and transfer of personal information.Your responsibilities will include:Reporting to the UH-60M Site Manager, your responsibilities will include: Deliver project management support and/or administrative services and track progress and issues to ensure effective service delivery outcomes.
Analyse and respond to enquiries from customers on a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate, and consistent advice and information on services as per organisational processes and standards.
Manage the flow of information, seek clarification and provide advice and responses to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Analyse and maintain records and databases, complying with service delivery systems and processes, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.
Collect and compile information, prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements to support information flow and decision making.
