Global retail brand Commencing 14th October          CBD location 8am – 4.30pm Great team environment Working holiday makers encouraged to apply about the company people2people are currently working with a instantly recognisable global brand who are currently seeking a dynamic customer service officer to join their high performing team on a temporary basis from the 14th of October until the 13th of December, working from their Brisbane Head Office.
about the role Based in the heart of the CBD in stunning offices, close to public transport, this role will see you initially working on a part time basis for the first 5 weeks, working 5 hours per day (a 25-hour work week), before increasing to fulltime hours for the remainder of the contract period.
Boasting a fun and progressive work environment, this role will see you responsible for: Managing incoming emails Responding to product enquiries and ongoing order enquiries Assist customers with product information and website support for online orders Process orders Customer call backs Manage customer complaints Raise invoices Processing warranty claims and credits Tracking orders and booking returns Updating customer information about you Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer centric approach Previous call centre and administration experience Great attitude High attention to details Flexible and adaptable   If you are currently immediately available and looking for a temporary contract in a central CBD location working with a great team APPLY NOW!
