**Job Description:**

Kohl's is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time position at an Associate level, this role requires an individual with at least three years of customer support experience who is committed to providing exceptional service and fostering positive customer relationships. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support & Engagement:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product selection, order inquiries, and account management while ensuring high-quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints swiftly, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

2. **Product Knowledge & Promotion:**
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Kohl's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.

3. **Collaboration & Team Support:**
- Work effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and operational objectives.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

4. **Reporting & Documentation:**
- Document all customer interactions, feedback, and operational incidents in the designated system accurately and timely.
- Generate reports related to customer feedback and service performance as required.

5. **Quality Assurance:**
- Uphold Kohl's standards for quality in all aspects of work, including the delivery of accurate information and efficient service.
- Participate in training programs and information sessions to continually enhance service skills and product knowledge.

6. **Adaptability & Reliability:**
- Adjust to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Maintain a reliable attendance record and be available for scheduled shifts.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Adaptable: Ability to adjust to new challenges and changes in daily operations.
- Reliable: Consistent presence and accountability in meeting job responsibilities.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- People Management: Ability to empathize and understand a diverse customer base, facilitating good rapport and trust.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
