people2people are currently working with a instantly recognisable global brand who are currently seeking a dynamic customer service officer to join their high performing team on a temporary basis from the 14th of October until the 13th of December, working from their Brisbane Head Office.
 
about the role

Based in the heart of the CBD in stunning offices, close to public transport, this role will see you initially working on a part time basis for the first 5 weeks, working 5 hours per day (a 25-hour work week), before increasing to fulltime hours for the remainder of the contract period.

Boasting a fun and progressive work environment, this role will see you responsible for:
Managing incoming emailsResponding to product enquiries and ongoing order enquiriesAssist customers with product information and website support for online ordersProcess ordersCustomer call backsManage customer complaintsRaise invoicesProcessing warranty claims and creditsTracking orders and booking returnsUpdating customer informationabout you Strong written and verbal communication skillsCustomer centric approachPrevious call centre and administration experienceGreat attitudeHigh attention to detailsFlexible and adaptable
