We support both new and existing Eway and Ezidebit customers with a range of enquires and are a pivotal part of our customer's journey.
Working with a small team, in an open planned office environment, you'll deliver outstanding customer service experiences, with an emphasis on customer loyalty.
Your key responsibilities will include:Managing and actioning incoming calls, chats and emails from business to business customers in a timely and effective manner;Responding, investigating and resolving questions and queries from clients;Maintaining client data and ensuring its integrity;Identifying issues and trends that are affecting our clients and escalating appropriately to ensure timely resolution.Our BenefitsWe want you to be you!
