What You'll do As the Customer Support Specialist, you'll facilitate the transition to home electrification and promote energy efficiency among both industry stakeholders and individual households. This involves providing education, guidance, and practical assistance to help consumers make informed energy decisions and reduce energy costs. - You can flex your communication style to respond to many different types of people. - Troubleshoot and solve customer problems effectively - Demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer concerns - Maintain clean and updated data in CRM systems - Meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs consistently - Utilise customer support experience across email, chat, or phone interactions, both inbound and outbound *** Please note that this is a 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension. - We're committed to building a culture where our people can thrive, both professionally and personally.
