Customer Support Site Supervisor

The Opportunity: Join Komatsu in Kalgoorlie as a Customer Support Site Supervisor, overseeing the efficient operation of our Parts Department.
You'll lead a team of Customer Support Representatives, ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing parts sales, orders, and enquiries with a focus on timely and effective service.
As a Customer Support Site Supervisor you will manage the CSRs rosters, provide staff training, and feedback, and identify any area of improvement.
Roster: Monday – Friday & every 3rd Saturday
Annualised Wages: $115,206.00 + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + On Call Allowance
Role Located: Kalgoorlie

Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
