Customer Support Site Supervisor

The Opportunity:
Join Komatsu in Kalgoorlie as a Customer Support Site Supervisor, overseeing the efficient operation of our Parts Department.
You'll lead a team of Customer Support Representatives, ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing parts sales, orders, and enquiries with a focus on timely and effective service.
As a Customer Support Site Supervisor you will manage the CSRs rosters, provide staff training, and feedback, and identify any area of improvement.
Roster: Monday – Friday & every 3rd Saturday
Annualised Wages: $115,206.00 + Super + 5% Annual Bonus + On Call Allowance
Role Located: Kalgoorlie

What we are looking for:

Proven experience in team supervision.
Trade qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Inventory and warehouse experience desirable
Forklift licence desirable
