- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed established performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- **Record Keeping:** Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to support continuous improvement initiatives.

### Requirements

**Educational Requirements:**
- High school diploma (required); associates or bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Experience:**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within the retail or grocery industry.
