**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Proven track record of successfully resolving customer issues and delivering high-quality service.
- **Educational Qualification:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or communication are a plus.
