Customer Support Representative - Work From Home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative at J.C. Penney. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, exchanges, and any other questions they may have- Process orders and provide support for online transactions- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department- Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and ways to improve the customer experience- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Requirements:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient with computers and able to navigate multiple systems simultaneously- Strong presentation skills and strategic planning abilities- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment- High school diploma or equivalent
