Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and team members. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly and effectively. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using software applications relevant to customer support and inventory management.
