Customer/Technical support Engineer- Japanese speaking · 12 months contract with high potential to go permanent.
· Only Australian citizens/ PR will be considered for this role · Hybrid work- 2 days in office · Location: Sydney CBD · Offering 320/day including super+ laptop + training Our client is a World's leading cloud based software company is now looking for a native Japanese who can handle Japanese-language customer calls and technical cases.
When customer queries are assigned, you are expected to troubleshoot with logical thinking, act swiftly for urgent matters, coordinate well with various resolver groups, and manage clients expectations Must have bilingual proficiency both in English and Japanese as you will be communicating with Japanese customers.
Proven ability to maintain a professional demeanour and customer focus in when handling complex user issues Duties include: Responds to customer inquiries via telephone/zoom or in written communications.
Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, product application or compatibility matters.
Troubleshoots problems and recommends corrective action.
Documents customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and development.
Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Perm Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.
