- **Feedback Gathering:** Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to products or services.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed established performance metrics and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and resolution time.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in continuous training programs to enhance your skills and provide the best support possible.

#### Qualifications:
